Cauliflower Mash

For Anna.... =)

Cauliflower Mash:

Ingredients:
13oz (400g) of Cauliflower, cut into chunks
8.5 fl oz (250ml) of Salt-reduced chicken stock

Place the cauliflower and stock in a large saucepan. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender. Roughly mash the cauliflower with a fork or potato masher.

Enjoy with meat & veggies!!!
